SNMP Monitoring for None Apple Devices

I really like the application for network flow/traffic monitoring of my two apple airport express devices. Unfortunately, Apple droped snmp support on the Time Capsule, which is a key element of my network.

I also have two smart switches netgear 108gt that I would like to monitor network flow / traffic as well.
The application does not support none apple switches. This would be a GREAT Enhancement to the application.
