Misleading

I want my money back. The screenshots on the their webpage says Supports ALL Apple Routers. I notice that they’ve changed the screenshots here which now says Supports MOST Apple routers. Mine of course isn’t supported, so I find nothing special about this. I can’t even see who/what is connected to my guest network. Everything this can show me I can already see with other tools.

I want my money back. How do I make that happen?
