Worked great until latest update.

Ive used this program for ages now. its wonderful, featured, and incredibly handy if you work in the IT and custom installation world, or if you want to know about your network! The best app for troubleshooting I have found. However, after the most recent update, it wont even load for me. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled several times, to the same result. a real drag as there isnt another app out there that compares.
Im still running 10.8.3 because every time i try to update my OS, it hangs at 90%. which is the price i pay for using a macbook pro that is older than 18 months i suppose.
please fix this if you can, i use this app on a daily basis in my work. and beware before you update if youre running older software versions.
